FAQ · Studio Slow

Everything you might ask, before you ask

How we work, what you receive, and how we handle the details — so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
What happens if I don't like the initial proposal?
The visual proposal is presented only after full approval of Phase I (Brand Strategy). It is based on validated strategic conclusions, not personal taste. Two conceptual creative directions are presented; one is selected and developed further.

The creative phase begins only after formal approval of the strategic phase, ensuring all visual decisions are strategically grounded.

Two rounds of adjustments are included within the approved strategic framework. Conceptual changes beyond that scope require additional budget.

The client must appoint one or two project representatives who will act as official points of contact and approve each phase.

Clients have 5 business days to provide feedback per phase. Delays may affect the original timeline depending on studio availability.

A detailed timeline with milestones is provided at the beginning of the project. The studio commits to meeting deadlines except in cases of force majeure. Clients are expected to comply with feedback and payment deadlines to maintain the schedule.
How are the final files delivered?

For Projects 1 and 2, files are delivered via WeTransfer and remain available for 6 months in a private online space.

For Project 3, a brand management platform is included free of charge for 12 months. After that, the client may renew the service or migrate the files.

Using a brand management platform is optional; files may be downloaded and stored independently.

Professional logo files (vector and optimized formats), typographic system, color palette, key applications, and strategic documentation from Phase I.

Rights are transferred through a legal document once final payment has been completed. Until then, the work may not be legally used.

A formal debt recovery process will be initiated, and legal ownership may be notified to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to prevent unauthorized use.
